What’s in each tablet?

Apomorphine HCl 3 mg + tadalafil 20 mg + vardenafil 15 mg.

Apomorphine HCl · 3 mg — brain signaling
A dopamine-receptor agonist that acts on brain pathways involved in initiating erections. It works differently from the blood-flow ingredients below.
Tadalafil · 20 mg — longer-acting blood-flow support
A PDE5 inhibitor that helps preserve the chemical signal that relaxes penile blood vessels during sexual stimulation. It generally lasts longer than vardenafil. It does not create a continuous erection, and sexual stimulation is still needed.
Vardenafil · 15 mg — blood-flow support
Also a PDE5 inhibitor, it helps penile blood vessels relax in response to sexual stimulation. It is generally shorter-acting than tadalafil.

Important safety: Do not use with nitrates (including nitroglycerin or “poppers”) or riociguat. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than four hours, and urgent care for sudden vision or hearing changes.

Ingredient references: apomorphine research · tadalafil labeling · vardenafil labeling.

Sublingual/buccal tablet. Store at room temperature according to the pharmacy label. Use only as prescribed.

Ed’s Encore is our name for the VAST option supplied by Strive Pharmacy; Ed’s meds does not compound this medication. Prescription and clinician evaluation required. This compounded combination is not FDA-approved, and its safety, effectiveness, and quality have not been reviewed by the FDA. Treatment is not appropriate for everyone; your provider will review your medications and health history.

HORMONE HEALTH STARTS WITH ANSWERS

Ed’s Test Boost

Explore whether a prescription option fits your hormone and sexual-health needs.

Compounded enclomiphene citrate 25 mg + tadalafil 5 mg in a bisected (scored) oral tablet. This is a prescription medication, not a dietary supplement or testosterone replacement.

$4.00 / tablet

Patient medication price per whole tablet. The $30/month care membership is separate.

If prescribed, Strive Pharmacy bills you directly and ships to you. Confirm final pricing, shipping charges, and availability with the pharmacy.

Ask about Ed’s Test Boost

Two ingredients. Different roles.

Enclomiphene citrate · 25 mg: A selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that reduces estrogen’s feedback signal to the brain, allowing increases in LH and FSH, hormones involved in testicular function. This can stimulate the body’s own testosterone production in selected men with secondary hypogonadism. Raising a lab value does not guarantee improvements in energy, libido, fertility, or other symptoms.

Tadalafil · 5 mg: A PDE5 inhibitor that supports penile blood flow during sexual stimulation. It addresses erectile function; it is not the testosterone-stimulating ingredient.

Evaluation first: Symptoms, hormone laboratory testing, medical history, and medication review guide whether treatment is appropriate. Follow-up monitoring is needed. “Test Boost” is our product nickname, not a promise of benefit.

Ed’s Test Boost is our name for this compounded pharmacy option; Ed’s meds does not compound it. Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved, and this combination has not been FDA-reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Potential risks include blood clots, changes in estradiol or hematocrit, headache, and low blood pressure. Do not use with nitrates or riociguat.

Store at room temperature as directed on the pharmacy label. The strengths above are per whole tablet. Split or take tablets only as specifically prescribed; no dosing schedule is implied by the score line.

A LITTLE CLARITY

Good questions.
Honest answers.

What is Ed's meds?

Ed's meds is a Utah-focused telehealth practice specializing in erectile-dysfunction care and medical weight management. You can review transparent pricing on this site and book an appointment directly through our secure scheduling portal.

Can I get a prescription?

Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate following an evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. Booking a consultation or exploring a service does not guarantee eligibility or a specific medication.

What does ED care mean?

ED stands for erectile dysfunction—difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection sufficient for satisfying intimacy. A clinical evaluation helps identify contributing health factors and whether oral PDE5 inhibitor therapy or another approach is safe for you.

Which weight-loss medications do you offer?

See our pricing section for owner-supplied catalog patient prices for compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide, alongside FDA-approved options when appropriate. Every treatment plan depends on your provider’s clinical evaluation.

Is hormone-replacement therapy available?

Not yet. Hormone-replacement therapy (HRT) is currently in development and coming soon. We will update this page as soon as evaluations open for hormone care.

How much does care cost?

The Ed's meds membership fee is $30/month, which is separate from pharmacy medication prices. Your total medication cost depends on your prescribed dose and vial size. Because lower starting doses use fewer milligrams per week, a single vial often lasts longer than one month.

Is my health information kept private?

Yes. This public marketing website intentionally collects zero personal health information (PHI), cookies, or form submissions. When you click “Book now,” you are taken to our dedicated HIPAA-compliant scheduling and clinical intake environment.
